Countertop store

Im a GC and my client chose a stone from Cambria. They paid 24k for the kitchen job. When installers were at the house to install the island they notice that the grains do not meet. The island is 12 ft long. First of all how does a company that claim they are so amazing screw up such a thing. In my 20yrs as a GC and doig hundreds of counters I have never experienced such a thing. On top of all this they are not giving us a time frame of when they are going to rectify their problem. They leave you hanging and ignore numerous requests for info. Horrible company to deal with. This will be the last time I deal with Cambria. This is what happens when you deal with a coorperation. Any other stone company I deal with would of had this rectified already and give us the time of day. Overpriced and nightmare of a service. Lots of other companies out there that will appreciate your business.

We purchased flooring a few years ago from this store and when we recently needed flooring for our newly renovated basement we naturally returned to Global Alliance for the second time. Again, we were not disappointed!Although we had an idea of what we were looking for before we went to the store Iwona offered us a great product selection, she certainly knows her products! We purchased our flooring and our trim and upon telling our neighbours, they also purchased trim at the same time!Our next project is tiling and your store will be our first place to visit as we start to look around for tiles!

Emma at the Rhinelander location designed our kitchen for us. Impossible to say enough good things about her. The design is excellent, her communication and follow-through is exceptional. She listened to everything that we wanted in a kitchen and provided an M product that was beyond her expectations. Thank you Emma.

I highly recommend River City Cabinets! I was wanting to fill the space between the ceiling and the cabinets in my kitchen. After spending time googling images and trying to figure out how to make my vision possible, I got in touch with River City Cabinets. After I saw the finished product, I was blown away at how fantastic it turned out!

From the receptionist who takes care of all your needs over the phone to the owners who provide grade A customer service and who show their pride in their work all I can say is WOW! I worked personally with Alex Koenig. He was very friendly and had excellent customer service. I called him with a last second request for solid stone sills in a shower niche and window. The timeline was very tight and Alex delivered on what I needed within 3 days of our first phone call.Alex went above and beyond and exceeded expectations.This is what small family owned companies are all about. I really like this store. Unique items and prices are very reasonable. Great family business and owners are nice.

If they don't have it, you might need even need it. This store is packed with items and had great selection. Might be a struggle if you're claustrophobic though, walking space is a little tight.
